Ok, I'm back.
I couldn't really update my blog since I've been cramming my plates. Hihi..I'm bad, I know, but the mood sets in at night and if I force myself to work when I'm not in the mood, it'll turn out to be ugly. Still, even though I stay up late a lot, I am very much enjoying college. I never really expected it to be this much fun. I especially enjoy monochromatic drawing, I'm learning so much from it and drew things I never thought I'd be able to accomplish. An example would be our nude sketching. I always avoid trying to draw realistically, but after our classes in nude sketching, I felt so proud of myself that I was actually able to draw a real person.
Another thing that I enjoy in monochromatic drawing is our doodle sessions. Our instructor allowed us to doodle on one of the walls of our room(covered with Manila paper, of course..). During our first doodle, she wasn't around, but we still went on with the activity. When she got back this morning and looked at the wall, she said that we didn't do it correctly, so we did it again for the second time. We were supposed to do another plate but then she decided that we repeat our doodle. An of course, we all agreed. They hurriedly bought Manila papers and markers for those who didn't have any. Once the Manila papers were up, we started to draw. Ms. Julie started it off and then the others joined in. I didn't get to draw at once since I was still helping the others put up the rest of the Manila papers, but I still had lots of fun.
I didn't know how to draw monsters so I was just a, how should I call it, a sub-filler(?). Ted and Jhay R were the official fillers as titled by Ms. Julie..:D. She wasn't wrong to choose them since those two are monsters when it comes to drawing.
When the doodle wall was starting to take shape, Ms. Julie was really happy about it and so were we. The second one was way better than the first and I agree with what our instructor said, we did improve.

Oh and I just made a multiply account this afternoon. bwahahahaha.. The happy feeling during the doodle this morning didn't rub off yet so it inspired me to finally make an account. It's still pretty empty but do visit. Its doodle0me0random.multiply.com.
